Once a user has completed an assessment, a badge will be displayed on their profile in LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Jobs. This will enable recruiters to quickly identify and verify skill proficiency.

The skill assessments available to a user can be found in the skill section of the user’s profile. If a user takes a test and is placed in the 70th percentile or above, they are considered to have passed the test. They can then add a verified skill badge to their profile.

If they do not pass, they will have control over the visibility of the results and can take the test again.

In addition to this, personal branding can also be boosted by showcasing professional milestones and qualifications that will receive valid recognition.
